When are minutes published? And why does it sometimes take longer than usual?

Minutes of Council and Committee meetings are added to the Agenda and Minutes page in the member’s area once they have been approved by Council. Most minutes are usually approved or ratified electronically. This means the minutes can be published before the next meeting. However, sometimes draft minutes may need to be discussed around the table at the following meeting before they can be formally signed off, in which case they will be published after that meeting has taken place.
