A letter from David Gould of Point Zero had been received and circulated to those present requesting acceptance of a Tandem Vector re-build.David Hickling gave the meeting details of the request and presented the equipment to those present.Following discussion by those present it was proposed by John Harding and seconded by Kim Newton that the equipment as presented be accepted for use as a complete Point Zero re-build and could be continued to be used subject to inspection by 2 independent Advanced Riggers.

    If Point Zero wished to do any more re-builds they will have to come back to the Committee with each individual set of equipment.
