For some context around the position, over the past two years, British Skydiving has diligently evaluated our membership system to ensure it meets the needs of our community. This search has intensified over the last six months as we reviewed various systems, including sport-specific and generalist options.
We are pleased to announce that we have selected HubSpot as our new CRM platform. We will also create a new website and Learning Management System (LMS) that integrates with HubSpot. This combination will allow British Skydiving to maintain full ownership of our systems and data while benefiting from modern and robust technologies that will enable us to be future-proof.
Our new partnership with HubSpot includes a highly skilled team of developers that will collaborate with our future appointment to build a new website, member portal, and LMS. These advancements will significantly enhance the experience for all our members.
