Membership System Q&A

There have been a lot of questions following our post on Friday. To clarify some of the points raised, the advert posted on social media on Friday was a final push to attract further applications. The advert has already been shared through several alternative sources to social media, attracting a number of potential candidates.

For some context around the position, over the past two years, British Skydiving has diligently evaluated our membership system to ensure it meets the needs of our community. This search has intensified over the last six months as we reviewed various systems, including sport-specific and generalist options.

We are pleased to announce that we have selected HubSpot as our new CRM platform. We will also create a new website and Learning Management System (LMS) that integrates with HubSpot. This combination will allow British Skydiving to maintain full ownership of our systems and data while benefiting from modern and robust technologies that will enable us to be future-proof.

Our new partnership with HubSpot includes a highly skilled team of developers that will collaborate with our future appointment to build a new website, member portal, and LMS. These advancements will significantly enhance the experience for all our members.

British Skydiving members interested in learning more about this exciting new project are invited to join our CEO, Rob, for a live Q&A session over Teams on Wednesday at 6 p.m. If you would like to join, please fill out this short form, and you will be sent an invite link.
